Albert L. Lingelbach is a member of DBM's estate, trusts and private clients, not-for-profit religious and charitable institutions and art law practice groups. Mr. Lingelbach concentrates on estate and trust planning and administration, drafting of wills, and trusts and estate and gift tax matters.

Memberships and Affiliations: Fellow, American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel. Served as a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York's Committee on Trusts, Estates and Surrogate's Court and the American Bar Association Committee on Significant New Developments in Probate and Trust Law. Director and Officer of Port Washington N.Y. Community Chest; lecturing to business groups on estate planning topics.
