C. Frederick Rogge, III is a member
of DBM's estate, trusts and private clients
and not-for-profit, religious and charitable practice
groups. Mr. Rogge concentrates on estate planning and administration of
estates and trusts. Mr. Rogge is knowledgeable about tax-favored dispositions
of working interests in oil and gas properties, rights to exploit copyrights
in literary work and patents covering health care techniques. Mr. Rogge
advises domestic and foreign private foundations on solicitations and
grant making activities. Mr. Rogge also has planned access to the U.S.
equity markets for several foreign investors. Memberships and Affiliations: Association
