Gayle Taylor is a member of DBM's corporate practice group. Ms. Taylor concentrates on contracts, financing, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and employment matters. Ms. Taylor also has experience representing corporations and not-for-profit organizations in matters related to wireless technology, e-commerce, software and intellectual property, including trademark clearance, registration and maintenance.
