Gayle Taylor
is a member of DBM's corporate,
intellectual property
and litigation and arbitration
practice groups. Ms. Taylor represents both public and closely
held businesses through all facets of their business cycles.
She has experience advising companies in matters ranging from
initial entity formation and corporate governance to negotiating
complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
and employment matters. Ms. Taylor also has experience representing
clients in matters related to wireless technology and intellectual
property, including trademark clearance, maintenance, and
licensing. Ms. Taylors practice encompasses a wide array
of industries including advertising, technology, manufacturing,
and consumer products.
