Louis E. Teitel is
a member of DBM's real estate and
construction and corporate
practice groups. Mr. Teitel concentrates on real estate matters
representing real estate owners, investors, developers, property
managers, commercial tenants and joint venture partners. Mr.
Teitel also counsels clients on aspects of business formation,
disposition, operation and financing, and devotes a part of
his practice to international transactional matters.
Memberships and Affiliations: Counsel to foreign corporations; Lecturer at colleges and universities in the United States and China on domestic and international commercial transactions.
Bar Admissions: New York (1974); Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
