C. Ran(dolph) Holladay is a member of DBM’s estates, trusts and private clients and taxation practice groups. He is a CPA and an Attorney. His practice is primarily in the areas of trusts and estates, income tax, closely held business matters (corporate and partnership), and real estate transactions. Ran has over twenty-five years experience in financial, estate, and income tax principally with his own firm and international accounting firms. Ran's educational background includes not only a law degree but also an MBA with a concentration in finance and a Masters of Taxation.

Ran has worked on a variety of professional, social and service organization boards and committees such as the Trust and Estate Committee of the New York State Bar Association, Vice President of Cancer Care of Connecticut, and United Neighbors Funding Raising Committee.

Memberships and Affiliations: New York State Bar Association and Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
