On March 6, 2020, Dunnington Partner Raymond J. Dowd will speak in Rome about the Spoils of War Doctrine at the Federal Bar Association’s conference, Restitution & Return: Art Law in Europe. The program will feature world-class attorneys and industry representatives who will discuss recent developments and current challenges from both the European and U.S. perspective. Panel topics include international restitutions, art looting in Italy during World War II, and the seizure of loaned works.
